At Benolive, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

How to Request a Refund

Refund Process

Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used food products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Benolive reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
